§ 4-35. Proof of completion of training.

All persons holding a license for the sale or service of alcoholic beverages shall be required to keep on the premises at all times proof that all employees engaged in the business of sale or service of alcoholic beverages have completed an appropriate alcoholic beverage server program. Failure to keep such documentation upon the premises shall constitute a civil violation punishable by up to a $500.00 fine, with missing documentation per each worker per each day constituting a separate offense.
