§ 4-34. Timeframe for completion of server training.

Within six months of notification by the county clerk, all persons engaged in the business of selling or serving alcoholic beverages in the county must have completed an alcohol server program approved by the sheriff of the county. An extension of up to six months may be granted upon application to the county beer board, but in no event shall any permittee be allowed more than one year from the date of notification by the county clerk to fulfill the requirements of this article.
