§ 2-909. Right to appeal.

Any displaced person shall have the right to review and/or appeal any termination or action regarding the interpretation of this policy. A written request for review may be made to the condemning authority within three months after the claim determination or action is taken. An appeal may be filed in writing to the County Executive of Knox County within six months after displacement.
