§ 2-908. Filing of claims.

(a)

Claims for relocation payments must be filed within six months after displacement from the property. No claim shall be approved for payment without proper documentation as required by the condemning authority.

(b)

In no event shall the failure of the condemning authority to perform any act or to make any payment under this policy prevent or delay the condemning authority in taking possession of the condemned property.
