§ 2-907. Moving expenses that are not eligible.

Generally ineligible expenses. The following expenses are ineligible under this policy:

(1)

Loss of goodwill.

(2)

Loss of profits.

(3)

Loss of trained employees.

(4)

Personal injury.

(5)

Interest on any outstanding loan.

(6)

Any legal fees or other costs for preparing a claim for relocation payments or for representing the claimant before the condemning authority.

(7)

Costs for storage of personal property on real property already owned or leased by the displaced person.

(8)

Any other cost or expense not expressly provided for in section 2-906 hereof.
