§ 18-238. Clerk; keeping of minutes.

The clerk of the criminal court of the county shall be the clerk of both Division I and Division II of such court. The minutes of the two divisions of such court shall be kept in minute books, the same to be numbered as heretofore. The minutes of each division shall be signed by the judge presiding therein, except in case of interchange regularly made.
