§ 6-45. Interference with enforcement.

(a)

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly hinder, resist or oppose any officer or employee of the animal control division in the performance of his duties.

(b)

It shall be unlawful for any person to knowingly interfere with or damage any humane animal trap owned by the animal control division or to molest or release any animal caught therein.
