§ 62-187. Obstructions prohibited.

(a)

No person shall stop, park, or leave standing any vehicle, whether attended or unattended, upon any roadway when it is practicable to stop, park or leave such vehicle off such part of the roadway, but in every event an unobstructed width of the roadway opposite of a standing vehicle shall be left for the free passage of other vehicles, and a clear view of such stopped vehicle shall be available from a distance of 200 feet in each direction upon such roadway.

(b)

No person shall park any vehicle upon a street in such a manner or under such conditions as to leave available less than 18 feet of the width of the roadway for the free movement of vehicular traffic.
