§ 62-92. Presumption of guilt and violations of parking regulations.

In all prosecutions for alleged violations of the provisions of this chapter relating to parking regulations, the owner of the vehicle involved shall be prima facie presumed to have been the operator or in control thereof at the time the alleged offense was committed.
