§ 62-81. Compliance with chapter.

(a)

It is unlawful and a misdemeanor for any person to do any act forbidden, or fail to perform any act required, in this chapter.

(b)

The parent, guardian, or one having custodial care of any juvenile shall not authorize or knowingly permit any such juvenile to violate any of the provisions of this chapter.
