§ 62-82. Obedience to lawfully vested officials.

(a)

No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful traffic order or direction of the county sheriff or of any deputy of the county sheriff.

(b)

No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful traffic order or direction of any firefighter vested by law with the authority to direct, control, or regulate traffic.

(c)

No person shall willfully fail or refuse to comply with any lawful traffic order or direction of any official of the department of engineering and public works.
