§ 62-46. Department of engineering and public works to administer chapter.

(a)

The administration of this chapter shall be by and through the county department of engineering and public works. The director of the department is hereby empowered to make regulations necessary to make effective the provisions of the traffic ordinances of this county.

(b)

The department of engineering and public works shall make, keep, and maintain accurate records of the activities and actions of the department in the administration of this chapter.
