§ 4-6. Hours of operation.

(a)

No permittee or any person employed by a permittee shall sell, furnish gratuitously, or otherwise distribute beer to any person between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sundays, and between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on all other days of the week.

(b)

No permittee or any person employed by a permittee shall allow beer to be consumed or opened for consumption in either a bottle, glass or other container on or about any licensed premises between the hours of 3:00 a.m. and 10:00 a.m. on Sundays, and between 3:00 a.m. and 5:00 a.m. on all other days of the week.
