§ 4-7. Public notice.

Before the county commission shall issue a beer permit it may cause to be published in a newspaper of general circulation a notice in which the name of the applicant and the address of the location for such permit and time of its meeting at which such application shall be considered. Such meeting shall be a public hearing for the purpose of hearing the statement of any person or such person's attorney on any application for a permit.
