§ 4-10. Review of county commission decisions.

(a)

Any action of the county commission may be reviewed by statutory writ of certiorari, with a trial de novo as a substitute for an appeal, the petition of certiorari to be addressed to the county circuit or chancery court. Such review must be filed within 60 days of county commission action.

(b)

The provisions of this section shall be the sole remedy and exclusive method of review of any county commission action.
