§ 38-138. Penalties for violation of article.

(a)

Any person who does not obtain a permit as required in this article or whose permit has been revoked or suspended and continues to tattoo or operate a tattoo establishment commits a class C misdemeanor punishable only by a fine of not more than $50.00.

(b)

The court shall order the revocation of the permit of any person who is convicted on two separate occasions within a 24-month period of violating any of the provisions of this article.
