§ 38-139. Records required to be kept.

(a)

Records of each patron or customer shall be kept and maintained by the owner, operator or artist of each tattoo establishment, which records shall contain the name, address and the signature of each patron or customer.

(b)

All records required by this section shall be available for inspection upon request of the local health department or its duly authorized representative.

(c)

Records required by this section shall be maintained for a minimum of two years.
