§ 2-496. Created; composition; terms.

There is hereby created a county investment committee. This committee shall consist of six members: the county mayor, the county trustee, the director of finance, the chairman of the county commission, one member of the county board of education, selected by the board of education, and one member of the commission, elected to serve as such by the commission. The county mayor shall serve as chairman of the investment committee. The terms of the members of the committee shall coincide with their respective terms of office.
