§ 2-631. Methods of source selection.

Except as otherwise authorized by law, all contracts and procurements subject to this article shall be awarded by:

(1)

Competitive sealed bidding, pursuant to section 2-632;

(2)

Competitive negotiation, pursuant to section 2-633;

(3)

Noncompetitive negotiation, pursuant to section 2-634;

(4)

Small purchase procedures, pursuant to section 2-636; or

(5)

Emergency purchases, pursuant to section 2-647;

(6)

Spot market procurement, pursuant to section 2-648.
