§ 27-14. Additional rules and regulations.

The director shall have the authority to promulgate such rules and regulations as may be necessary to carry out the provisions of this chapter and to assure an impartial, fair and safe use and enjoyment of county parks by those persons lawfully using the parks. The director shall have the authority to schedule the use of park facilities under this section. Regulations pertaining to specific activities shall be displayed in a prominent and public location at the point of the activity controlled. Rules and regulations pertaining to the parks as a whole shall be publicly and prominently displayed at each entrance to county parks. Rules and regulations adopted in accordance with this section shall have the same force and effect as if copied herein verbatim.
