§ 27-13. Enforcement.

(a)

Officials. The director, park employees, and members of the county sheriff's department shall, in connection with their duties imposed by law, diligently enforce the provisions of this chapter.

(b)

Ejectment. The director, any park employees, and members of the county sheriff's department shall have the authority to eject from the parks any person acting in violation of this chapter, rules, the county sports code of conduct and regulations promulgated hereunder.
