§ 22-61. Inspections; enforcement.

(a)

All service provider vehicles, equipment, and records shall be available at all times for inspection by the director.

(b)

The director may investigate allegations of violations of the requirements of this article, rules and regulations promulgated by the director, or rules and regulations of the department. Upon discovering a violation director may issue a citation or turn findings over to the department for further investigation.
