§ 1-11. Fiscal impact.

A fiscal impact analysis shall by prepared by the county finance director for any proposed ordinance placed on the agenda for the county commission's consideration. The fiscal impact analysis shall be provided to the county commission prior to the proposed ordinance's passage on final reading.
