§ 12-35. Licensee must leave on request.

Any peddler, solicitor, solicitor for charitable or religious purposes or solicitor for subscriptions, while engaged in any sale or solicitation for sales upon the property of any private residence must upon request of the owner or leaseholder of the property vacate the property immediately. Failure to immediately vacate the property upon the request of the owner or leaseholder shall be a violation of this chapter punishable as provided in section 12-36.
