§ 12-28. License required.

No person, firm or corporation shall operate a business as a peddler, transient vendor, solicitor or street barker, and no solicitor for charitable or religious purposes or solicitor for subscriptions shall solicit within the county unless the same has obtained a license from the county in accordance with the provisions of this chapter.
