§ 66-63. Operation and maintenance.

(a)

The Eastbridge wastewater treatment plant shall at all times operate in full compliance with applicable state and federal laws and regulations, as well as applicable local ordinances and resolutions not in conflict with state and federal laws and regulations.

(b)

The operation and maintenance of the Eastbridge wastewater treatment plant will at all times adhere to and comply with Resolution No. R-91-7-130 concerning requirements and standards, and the enforcement thereof, for wastewater treatment systems, and such resolution is hereby incorporated by reference in this article.
