§ 66-32. Acts and proceedings validated.

Latest version.

All acts and proceedings of the Northeast Knox Utility District of Knox County, Tennessee, the board of commissioners and officers thereof, including the issuance of $1,595,000 Waterworks System Revenue Bonds, Series 1958, are hereby validated and legalized to the same extent and effect as if such utility district had been legally created in the first instance.
