§ 62-334. Clinging to vehicles.

(a)

No person riding upon any bicycle, coaster, rollerskates, sled, or toy vehicle shall attach, hold onto, or cling to any vehicle in motion upon a roadway.

(b)

This section shall not prohibit attaching a bicycle trailer or bicycle semitrailer to a vehicle if that trailer or semitrailer has been designed for such attachment.
