§ 62-193. Parking signs required.

When any parking time limit is established, or parking is prohibited, or special purpose parking spaces are designated, it shall be the duty of the department of engineering and public works to erect appropriate signs giving notice thereof, and no such regulation shall be effective unless such signs are erected in each block and in place at the time of any alleged offense.
