§ 62-189. Parking for certain purposes prohibited.

No person shall park a vehicle upon any roadway for the principal purpose of:

(1)

Displaying such vehicle for sale;

(2)

Washing, greasing, or repairing any vehicle, except for repairs necessitated by an emergency;

(3)

Displaying advertising or commercial messages;

(4)

Selling, offering for sale, demonstrating, or giving away any farm produce, food, beverages, or other merchandise;

(5)

Storing such vehicle for a continuous period of time longer than 48 hours.
