§ 62-154. Use of solid rubber tires, approval; special speed limitations.

Latest version.

No person shall drive any vehicle with solid rubber tires upon any roadway without express written approval of the department of engineering and public works. No person operating such vehicle with approval shall drive at a speed in excess of ten miles per hour.
