§ 62-128. Equipment for motorcycle riders.

(a)

No person shall operate or ride upon a motorcycle unless such person is wearing protective headgear as may be required by the motor vehicle laws of this state.

(b)

No person shall operate or ride a motorcycle unless such person is wearing an eye protective device as may be required by the motor vehicle laws of this state, unless such motorcycle is equipped with a windshield.
