§ 62-90. Disposition of parking fines and forfeitures.

All fines and forfeitures collected from parking citations shall be paid into the county treasury and deposited into the general fund and be expendable as provided by the county Charter. The clerk of the general sessions court shall be entitled to a $10.00 fee for the handling of any ticket paid within ten days of its issuance, or a $20.00 fee on any ticket paid after such ten days.
