§ 62-86. Penalties.

(a)

Each violation of the traffic regulations, including parking violations, adopted under this chapter shall constitute a separate offense punishable by a fine of not less than $25.00 nor more than $500.00.

(b)

All parking violations shall be punishable by a fine of not less than $10.00 nor more than $500.00 for each separate offense.
