§ 62-2. Provisions of chapter applied throughout county.

(a)

The provisions of this chapter shall apply upon public roadways within the statutory limits of the county which are not subject to regulation by any municipality.

(b)

The provisions of this chapter shall apply additionally to any fire lane, and any handicapped parking area clearly marked and located upon a privately owned parking lot to which the public is invited, within the statutory limits of the county, excluding any portions which are part of any municipality.
