§ 58-57. Authority to levy.

Pursuant to the provisions of ch. 82 of the Private Acts of 1991, the county is authorized by resolution or ordinance of its legislative body to levy, in addition to all other taxes including any other tax on amusement, a tax of up to five percent on the price of admission to a place of amusement located outside the corporate limits of any municipalities within such county and a tax of ½ percent on the price of admission to a place of amusement located within the corporate limits of any municipality within such county.
