§ 54-40. Enforcement; penalty for violation.

(a)

Enforcement of this article shall be accomplished through the Knoxville/Knox County metropolitan planning commission subdivision regulations, and Knoxville and Knox County administrative departments. A proper address shall be required for any permit issuance.

(b)

Any person who violates, disobeys, omits, neglects, or refuses to comply with the provisions of this article shall be deemed guilty of a misdemeanor and subject to the penalties provided for such an offense.
