§ 54-39. Appeals.

(a)

Anyone aggrieved by the enforcement of this article may appeal the decision of the metropolitan planning commission staff to the metropolitan planning commission.

(b)

Any person aggrieved by any decision of the metropolitan planning commission may appeal to the county commission office within 30 days of the date of the decision being appealed.
