§ 54-38. Street signs.

Latest version.

(a)

All public streets and private easements serving six or more dwelling units shall be signed at intersections. Signs shall be built in compliance with the latest edition of the Manual on Uniform Traffic Control Devices for Streets and Highways.

(b)

Street signs shall be provided within three months of public access to the facility. Any repair or replacement of street signs on publicly dedicated rights-of-way shall be the responsibility of the county.

(c)

All street and road signs in the county shall display street names, any required prefix letter designations, the 100 block number and geographic quadrant letter designation.
