§ 50-42. Applicability of article to existing businesses.

All existing sexually oriented businesses and sexually oriented business employees are hereby granted a de facto temporary license to continue operation or employment for a period of 90 days following the effective date of this article. Not later than the 30th day following the effective date of this article, all existing sexually oriented businesses and sexually oriented business employees shall make application for an annual license pursuant to section 50-29. During the 90-day de facto temporary license period, all existing sexually oriented businesses and sexually oriented business employees shall comply with sections 50-32, 50-38, 50-40, 50-43(1), and 50-43(3).
