§ 50-38. Hours of operation.

Latest version.

No sexually oriented business shall open to do business before 8:00 a.m., Monday through Saturday; and no such establishment shall remain open after 12:00 midnight, Monday through Saturday. No sexually oriented business shall be open for business on any Sunday or a legal holiday as designated in T.C.A. § 15-1-101.
