§ 4-32. Beer server training and certification.

(a)

No person holding a permit or license to sell beer in the county shall allow any employee to sell or serve beer unless that employee has attended and completed a program of alcoholic beverage server instruction approved by the sheriff of the county.

(b)

Violation of this section shall be deemed a civil offense punishable by a fine of up to $500.00, with each uncertified server on each day constituting a separate offense.
