§ 48-41. Animal control requirements.

(a)

No person owning or having possession, charge, care, custody or control of any animal shall cause, permit or allow the animal to stray or in any manner to run at large or create a nuisance on the grounds of the mobile/manufactured home park.

(b)

Every dog or cat shall have a current vaccination against rabies and the owner of such animal shall provide proof of vaccination upon the request of the health officer.

(c)

All animal ownership or possession within a mobile/manufactured home park shall be in accordance with chapter 6, article II, pertaining to animal control.
