§ 46-59. Space to be provided in county courthouse.

As soon as is reasonably practical, any and all officials having jurisdiction over the county courthouse shall provide therein adequate space for the use of such library, such space to be provided and maintained without cost to the library commission. All books, furniture, equipment and other property acquired by such commission shall be and become the property of the county.
