§ 46-33. Selection by commission district.

Seats on the library advisory board shall be denominated as numbers one (1) through nine (9), with each seat corresponding to one of the nine (9) commission districts of the county. Each member of the library advisory board shall reside in the commission district which corresponds to his or her numbered seat. If during that member's term that member changes his or her residence so that member no longer resides in the commission district represented by his or her seat, the seat shall be declared vacant and a new member resident in the commission district shall be selected by the county commission to fill the remainder of the unexpired term.
