§ 42-87. Same—Director.

The division of penal facilities will be administered by a director to be appointed by, and serve at the will of, the sheriff. Such director shall be a professional jailer and shall be qualified by experience and education to administer the division. The particular training and qualifications for such position shall be prepared by the sheriff and approved by the commission.
