§ 38-175. Inspection of premises prerequisite to issuance.

Before a permit to operate a tattoo establishment is granted, it is the duty of the local health department or its duly authorized agent to cause an inspection to be made of the premises in which the business is to be conducted, and to refuse such permit if the condition of the premises or its equipment does not conform to the requirements of this article, but if such conditions conform to the requirements of this article, the local health department or its duly authorized agent shall issue the permit requested.
