§ 38-172. Application.

Applications for a permit required by this division shall be made in writing on a form prescribed by the local health department, wherein the applicant shall agree to conform to all laws, ordinances, rules and regulations governing such places, and to authorize and permit such examination and inspection as may be necessary by the local health department or its duly authorized agent.
