§ 38-144. Instruments and accessories.

Tattoo instruments and accessories, dyes, stencils and other materials used in tattooing that come into contact with the patron or customer shall be stored in closed cabinets, which shall be maintained in a sanitary condition. Instruments used in tattooing shall be sterilized following each use on an individual patron and prior to use on another individual.
