§ 38-107. Customer, applicator or operator not responsible for sign removal by another or by cause beyond control of customer, applicator or operator.

The customer, applicator or operator may not be held liable for any penalty for sign removal under this article if the sign is removed by another person or cause over which the customer, applicator or operator has no control.
